JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Rod: I WAS HELD AT THE SOUTHWEST DETENTION CENTER FOR
APPROX. 3 DAYS BEFORE BEING SEEN BY THE JUDGE.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Rod: NO. I WAS ARRESTED IN LAKE ELSINORE, AND
TRANSPORTED DIRECTLY TO SOUTHWEST JUSTICE
DETENTION CENTER.
JM: What as court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Rod: BRIEF. THE COURTS ARE EXTREMELY CONGESTED. I
WAS SPOKEN TO BRIEFLY IN HOLDING BY A COURT
APPOINTED PUBLIC DEFENDER, THEN BROUGHT UP TO
THE COURTROOM WHERE I WAS SEEN BY THE JUDGE.
THEN RETURNED TO THE SOUTHWEST DETENTION CENTER.

how can i get a police report how can i fight a wrongful complaint cause i was never arrested or given a citation then sent letter that i am being charged with things that they found in vehichle not on my person i was never arrested fingerprinted given citation i was told i was being detaind and let go in less than an hour. get hm and days later get a letter to apppear for arraingment
